Extreme beliefs and political ones can cause the most drama from what I've seen. Sometimes you can curb it a little, but there are users who don't know how to hold back on those topics.

These days any topic can convert into a forum drama. If a user disagree with someone, they will take it personally and start ranting. Even topics like marketing and SEO can convert into drama. However, most of the time sensitive topics like race, politics, religion start forum drama.
